Set godaddy domain for Blogger

Here are the steps that worked for me and hopefully they will work for you too:
Set all these settings in the GoDaddy Domain Manager. Then, after you’ve set all these settings, make the change on Blogger/Blogspot to use the custom domain.
1. Namerservers (set to Parked)
NS37.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
NS38.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
If those aren’t the nameservers you see, then click to change them to “custom,” enter those namesevers, and then click to “parked”
2. DNS settings/revisions
Revise the “A Record @” and the “CNAME www”
- A Record @ 64.202.189.170
- CNAME www to ghs.google.com
3. Enable URL Forwarding
In my case, I set the forwarding URL to be: www.medicineandtechnology.com
Don’t forget the triple w (www) in that URL forwarding address
Make sure you don’t have a “/” at the end of your URL
4. After you make all these changes, go into Blogger and then enable your custom domain.
5. Then click Switch to advanced settings then type your domain name. then type word shown in image and then click save setting. I think thats done.

Blogger vs WordPress
1. Both are free. You just need to make an account in it. Both don’t need hosting or domain name. No different.
2. Major difference between them are coding. In blogger you can really change theme, add javascripts, own html code in widgets, because of your control on html code. In wordpress you have to update and it worth some dollars. Really cool..! 3. You can make different type of category in both, but in wordpress you have nice archive option other than only date. Blogger do but not effective like wordpress. But in blogger there are many hack to do it. 4. WordPress allow you track back. Blogger doesn’t. 5. WordPress allow you to make different pages, like about me and more, blogger doesn’t. 6. WordPress have more effective spam blocker that blogger. I will prefer blogger as free, because there are many hack for blooger, from that we can do more than wordpress. What do you have or prefer?
